Blurr Hindi Movie Review & Ratings | Hit or Flop?

Blurr Movie Review: It’s no secret that Taapsee Pannu is one of the most popular actors in Bollywood right now, and she’s set to star in a number of exciting movies. In 2022, she had a series of unsuccessful movies out in different languages, such as “Mishan Impossible,” “Looop Lapeta,” “Shabaash Mithu,” “Dobaara,” and “Tadka.” She made a new thriller drama called “Blurr,” which starts today on the Zee5 OTT service. We should read a critical analysis of the movie if we want to know if it will do well for her this year.

They are twins, so they both look the same. Gayatri now lives with her boyfriend Neel, so Gautami, who is blind, is on her own. Gautami tries to kill herself more than once because she is sure that someone is hiding in her house. She decides consciously not to hang herself, but she dies tragically anyway. Movie Verdict

Blurr is a copy of the Spanish movie “Julia’s Eyes.” Some parts of the first movie made sense to people who spoke Spanish, but these were left out of Blurr. Even though the plot, style of storytelling, and other parts of the movie are easy to translate into any language, some viewers may find some parts offensive. Blurr has some exciting scenes, but the whole movie is boring and full of scenes that you can guess. The second half of the movie won’t have much going on to keep us interested.

The way Taapsee Pannu acts doesn’t change at all during the movie. She did a good job in some scenes, but in others she looked very out of place. She’s been in a lot of movies lately, and her acting seems to be the same in all of them, right down to the way she looks. She looks boring on screen because of this. She might need to choose roles that give her more freedom to act and let her play a wider range of characters. The few chances Gulshan Devaiah gets to act in the movie make him a much better actor. Everyone else did a great job in their roles.

Blurr does well in terms of how it looks. The music that Rishi Dutta and Shivangi Bhayana wrote fits the scenes very well. Some scenes get the thrills they need, while others get more serious. In general, cinematographer Sudhir K. Chaudhary did a good job, but he used a lot of shots and frames that have been used before. The editing job that Manish Pradhan did on the book was not very good. The production values of the movie are high because everyone worked hard on it.

The movie’s director, Ajay Bahl, tried to stay true to the original story by making only minor changes to the scenes. This turned out to be a big problem with the movie, since there aren’t many scenes from cultures other than India. He’s been on a roll lately. Before this one, he gave two good performances in “Section 375” and “BA Pass.”

Even though Blurr is a good thriller overall, not everyone in India will be able to watch it because of how it is told and what it shows. If you have some time this weekend, you can watch it on Zee5, an online video service.

Plus Points:

  • Climax
  • Twists

Minus Points:

  • Predictable scenes
  • Over the top performances by few actors
