Danny Denzongpa Hits and Flops Movies List: Danny Denzongpa was born on February 25, 1948, as Tshering Phintso Denzongpa. He is an Indian actor, musician, and director who is best known for his work in Hindi-language films. He has been in more than 190 movies since his first one in 1971. In 2003, Denzongpa was given the Padma Shree, which is India’s fourth-highest civilian award. His list of movies now goes back more than four decades. He has also been in a number of foreign movies. Brad Pitt’s Seven Years in Tibet is the best-known of these.

In 1971, he made his first appearance in Zaroorat by B.R. Ishara (released in 1972). In Gulzar’s 1971 movie Mere Apne, he had a good part and got his big break. In B.R. Chopra’s 1973 movie Dhundh, he played an angry husband who can’t move around because his wife can’t take care of him. During the 1970s, he played the second lead hero in movies like Chor Machaye Shor, 36 Ghante, Fakira, Sangram (1976), Kalicharan, Kaala Sona, and Devata, which did well at the box office and were praised by critics. After he was in “Devata,” he started getting offers for bigger, more complicated parts.
