Darja Telugu Movie Review: The characters Darja, Sunil, and the Comedian all play significant parts in Saleem Malik’s debut feature film, Comedian. People became interested in watching the film because of Anasuya Bharadwaj, who plays a significant part in it, is in it. The movie did quite well at the box office despite the fact that it was only screened in a select number of theatres. Let’s begin by discussing the film in great depth even if some of you haven’t had the chance to watch it.
Story
Because of her vicious nature and the enormous amount of control she exerts over the city of Bandhar, Kanaka Mahalakshmi is sometimes referred to as the don of Bandhar. The cheap booze that her thugs produce is responsible for the deaths of a significant number of individuals in the city each year. ACP Shiva Shankar is sent to the same city where everyone, even the other police officers, is terrified of her. The rest of the narrative focuses on the fascinating conflict that arises between these two characters as they interact with one another.

Verdict
Movies that are aimed at making a large number of people laugh bring in greater revenue. The movie Darja is an example of a film that seeks to appeal to a wide variety of people but is unsuccessful in doing so since it has a poor story and monotonous production. As soon as the movie starts, you’ll be treated to some of the most awkward and uncomfortable moments right away. Because of this, the plot of the movie progresses in a manner that is dull and unsurprising, and there is neither a feeling of character nor any sort of conflict to keep viewers interested.
Even if Sunil puts in a lot of effort, it is difficult to take him seriously when he acts the part of a police officer by having a deep voice and a tone that is solemn. Because of the way Anasuya Bharadwaj plays the role of the antagonist, we are led to believe that she is not particularly talented and is best suited for roles on the tiny screen. Everyone else did a good job with their responsibilities.
In terms of the quality of the filmmaking, the movie is, at most, only ordinary. The music referred to as “Rap Rock” as well as background music by Shakeel are played an excessive amount. The editing choices that Darshan makes don’t seem to have much of an impact either on the viewer or on the picture itself. Even though the acting is superb, director Saleem Malik has created a film with an old-fashioned storyline and an uninteresting aesthetic that will not attract the audience members he hopes will watch it.
Last but not least, Darja is for those individuals who enjoy listening to commercial artists that, at most, are average. If you have a lot of respect for Sunil or Anasuya Bharadwaj, you should probably watch it at a theatre instead of at home.
