On its first day, Ginna made roughly 87 lakhs, which is more than his previous film, Mosagallu, did. But the film has a long way to go until it earns the necessary amount of money.

Although Ginna has been performing well, it still requires a few more dollars in order to start turning a profit. Although there were rumors that the film had already grossed close to 13 crores, the film nonetheless made more than 87 lakhs on its first day.
