Good Luck Jerry Hindi Movie Review: Janhvi Kapoor, who made her acting debut in the wildly successful film Dhadak, subsequently acted in the theatrically released and on-demand films Roohi and Gunjan Saxena, respectively. The title role in the Bollywood version of the immensely popular Tamil film Kolamaavu Kokila is played by Janhvi Kapoor. The film is currently accessible on Hotstar. Let’s study this film closely to determine if it is authentic to the source material and if it’s worth watching.

Movie Verdict
In the original, what made it work was the humour that came from the character Yogi Babu played. Even though it has a few funny parts, Good Luck Jerry doesn’t have the same mood as the original. Since the movie takes place in Punjab, the director has changed a few things to fit the story of Jesus’ birth. Even though it’s easy to tell what the characters are doing and how they act, and some of them even look funny, the scenes that worked so well in Tamil don’t work in this movie because the circumstances have changed.
Since the whole movie is about her character and she has to do a lot of acting, Janhvi Kapoor, who impressed with her performance in Gunjan Saxena and seemed confident, stumbles a little in the role of Jerry. Since she is still learning, she will get better at everything she does. Every time Deepak Dobriyal is in a scene, you’ll laugh. Sushant Singh got a character that he can play over and over again, which he has done many times on screen. All of the other actors did what was needed for their scenes, and Mita Vashisht does a good job in hers.
In fact, Best of Luck Jerry is well put together. Rangarajan Ramabhadran did a great job with the cinematography. All of the shots were bright and colourful, showing some of the most beautiful places in Punjab and capturing the spirit of the area. Even though Parag Chhabra’s songs and background music are fine, the original movie’s music by Anirudh was one of its best parts and made the scenes more interesting. This isn’t the case in this remake. Overall, Siddharth Sen was able to give the Hindi audience an entertaining movie by making the right changes to the original movie.
And finally, best of luck. With a few changes for the nativity, Jerry could be a good copy that will keep the audience entertained.
