Itlu Maredumilli Prajaneekam Telugu Movie Review

Story

The film was about a group of forest-dwelling people. They are known as the Maredumallu, and they lack modern amenities. After politicians finally agreed to allow them to vote in upcoming elections, they were required to travel to ask voters for their support. Naresh, a government employee, canvassed the neighborhood door-to-door for votes. The plot took an unexpected turn when they refused to vote and asked why their friend Appanna had been murdered.

Movie Verdict

The first segment of the film looks nice because it depicts how forest dwellers live and how, for the first time, politicians are considering forest dwellers when they vote. After the main character arrives in Maredumalli, the plot worsens due to a dispute over who will go to the forest and ask the forest inhabitants to vote. The first part of the novel is very interesting since it depicts the daily lives of forest inhabitants.

When the main character discovers the truth about politicians and government officials, the plot truly takes flight. The second act begins well, but the film loses steam as the climax builds up to it and as it concludes. Nonetheless, the film as a whole contains elements that any average viewer may identify with.

All of the supporting actors, Chammak Chandra, Praveen, Sampath Raj, Raghu Babu, and Shritej, deliver strong performances. Anandhi is also a talented actress, but she has few opportunities to shine. Even though Allari Naresh’s natural performance was excellent as always, the film could have benefited from additional wit from him.

Even though AR Mohan’s book is about an election, it is noteworthy since it describes the daily life of forest dwellers. People were also interested in the high-quality products he sold.

The majority of Itlu Maredumalli took place in the wooded area of Maredumalli, which was beautifully captured by cinematographer Raam Reddy, despite the subpar color tonality. Even though Sri Charan Paakala’s music was poor (both his songs and the film’s background score were below average), the rest of the team performed admirably.

Itlu Maredumalli is a social drama that is accessible to everyone, regardless of background or location.
