Jiivi 2 Movie OTT Release Date: Jiivi, starring Vetri, is one of the best crime thrillers of 2019, yet when it was first announced, nobody was excited about it. Jivii’s Telugu dub is currently available to watch on Aha VideoIn; however, Jiivi 2 has bypassed its theatrical release in favor of a straight OTT release, with the digital rights for the film having been acquired by Aha Tamil. However, the premiere of Jiivi 2 is set for August 19, 2022.
Despite this, director VJ Gopinath is working on a sequel, and strangely they’ve already concluded shooting on Jiivi 2. The first look at the film was revealed by the production yesterday, and the poster looks fantastic.
Story
Jiivi2 picks off right where Jiivi left off and has the same core cast and all of the major plot points from the original. The story’s creators are now in hiding, but as soon as we obtain the official summary, we’ll post an update.

So far, Jiivi 2’s producers have only released the film’s first trailer, which has been met with positive reviews for its “quite cool” visuals (in contrast to the “extremely crazy” aesthetic of Vetri) but no news on when the film will be made available to the public.
