Repeat Telugu Movie Review: Although Naveen Chandra has acted in several successful films, he is best known for his parts in just a handful of them. The new film “Repeat,” which premiered on August 25, is now available to stream on the Disney+Hotstar OTT service. There are a number of online-only films and series in which he had pivotal, often starring, roles as series or movie leaders. Let’s begin by evaluating whether or not you should see this film.
Story
Threats of murder follow the publication of a novel about a notorious criminal who committed a series of crimes in a city a few months ago, prompting the author to report the matter to the police. An undercover officer is searching for the DGP’s missing daughter. What follows is an account of the events and discoveries made possible by this investigation.

Verdict
The movie’s opening minutes are really well-written and directed, and they succeed in immediately captivating the audience. The film invests significant time and effort into making us care about the protagonists and the events unfolding in their lives. The movie’s plot and story keep you intrigued once Naveen Chandra is introduced as an undercover police investigator. The scenes can be tedious and predictable at times due to the DGP’s background providing a clear picture of what may have happened and what may happen next during the investigation.
Naveen Chandra did an excellent job as an investigator. Former actress Madhoo Shah, better known by her stage as Madhubala, has bombed as the director general of police. The characters she portrays are always exaggerated and unrealistic. Achyuth Kumar’s performance as the writer is convincing, and the rest of the cast does what they need to in order to keep the plot moving.
From a technical standpoint, the film succeeds. The music that Ghibran composes and performs personally is an integral aspect of the atmosphere he creates for each scene. There are mainly still pictures throughout the film. The lighting is crucial to the tension, but none of them is very engaging. On the whole, the output is of a satisfactory standard.
Director Aravindh Srinivasan did a fantastic job in the opening minutes of the film of capturing the attention of the audience. But there were a number of parts in the film’s second half that he couldn’t follow.
There isn’t a single dull moment in the thrilling and entertaining film Repetition. The concept will hold your attention throughout.
