Victim: Who is Next? Web Series Review: In the Tamil cinema industry, anthology series is now being tested. In these, each director is responsible for a few episodes. The concept was successful in anthology programs like “Navarasa” and “Kassas Thapara,” but not in many other projects. There are many talented directors in the Tamil cinema industry, and they have all contributed to the anthology series Victim. Story

For this collection, M. Rajesh directed the fantasy thriller Kottai Pakku Vathalum, while Chimbudevan directed Mirage. Mottai Maadi Sitharum, Pennsylvania has the films Dhammam, directed by Ranjith, and Confession, written by Venkat Prabhu. It is difficult to summarise these stories in a few words because they cover so many diverse sorts.

Axess Film Factory and Black Ticket Company collaborate on the production of each episode. Sam C. S., Premgi, Ganesh Sekar, and Tenma composed the music, while R. Saravanan, Sakthi Saravanan, and Thamizh A. Azhagan oversaw the cinematography. Selva RK, Venkat Raajen, Lawrence Kishore, and Akash Thomas edited them.

Verdict

Each episode of the anthology thriller series Victim is directed by a different director, which keeps viewers engaged throughout. The best of Chimbudevan’s four suspenseful tales is the fantasy thriller Kottai Pakku Vathalum Mottai Sitharum, which features both fantastical elements and excellent performance. Other episodes of the show contain moving situations that will compel viewers to watch until the finish. The sole negative aspect is the episode directed by M. Rajesh, which features a poor plot and narration.

The series also contains wonderful moments that will make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside. The directors did an excellent job at adding drama while remaining loyal to the original local stories.
In each episode, the actors performed admirably. All episodes detail Nasser’s history and professional experience. Thambi Ramaiah, renowned for his comic timing, occasionally makes us laugh and engages us with his performance. After a lengthy absence from the big screen, Amala Paul, Prasanna, Priya Bavani Shankar, and Kalaiarasan all provide outstanding performances. Every other performer also did an outstanding job.

This show’s visuals are quite good. Compromises and financial issues are depicted in a few scattered sequences across multiple episodes. The soundtrack, which was composed by numerous musicians, complements each episode. The directors of photography did an excellent job of highlighting the birth of Jesus with basic compositions. Directors exerted a significant deal of effort, which resulted in an excellent selection of thrillers.

The victim is a collection of intriguing and terrifying thrillers that can be read on multiple digital platforms right now.
